DELIVERY & RETURNS

All our products are available for purchase via this website. We will send them to anywhere in the world so long as there is a postal service operating within the destination country.

All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, using their First Class Recorded and Special Delivery services. For the Recorded First Class delivery within UK, postage and packing (P&P) fees are included. Please note that any requests to send the goods via Special Delivery are subject to an extra fee as indicated in the purchase process.

All deliveries to Europe and the rest of the World are sent via the Royal Mail International Signed For.

All UK orders qualify for free delivery or Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery is £4.99.

Worldwide delivery starts from £5.30 for Royal Mail International Standard and £10.00 for Royal Mail International Track and/or Signed For.

If your package does not arrive within 14 days or if there is a fault, please contact us at hello@knowledgeandkin.com or 07557022141 with your order number, date, name and contact address and we will provide alternative arrangements.

Returns:

If you are unhappy with any part of your purchase experience at knowledgeandkin.com, we will provide you with an exchange or a full refund, provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition and that the goods each us within 30 days of receipt.

Please include a note with your order number, and tell us if you'd like a refund or an exchange, if you need to exchange an item please let us know which size and/or design you would like to exchange to.

Knowledge & Kin will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit back to us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a recorded and insured mail service.

Refunds will only be issued to the same card with which the goods were purchased.
